I viewed it today and was greatly pleased as to the material presented.
It provides wonderful instruction on preparing very fine dishes, something
that is greatly missing from the great mass of culinary instruction offered today

I have been privileged to represent Giant on the board of the Capitol Area Food Bank for well over 25 years, and recently finished a nine year stint as chairman of their board. I know firsthand of the value that the Capitol Area Food Bank brings to the areas' neediest of the needy. Obviously without the most basic substance of life- food- the tragedies caused by hunger would grow even more so.
